So I did it. I managed to write 33 blog posts over the span of two days. What have I learned?
Well first of all, when I do this again next year (and I fully intend on doing this again next year) maybe I should actually do it the way it’s supposed to be done – one blog post a day. This experience is making me realize that it definitely would have been doable – with each prompt I could have taken a couple of minutes out of each day to post. I’m the queen of to-do lists and time management, so I’m sure I could have fit it into my schedule, despite end of the semester mayhem and craziness.
Secondly, this initiative helped me figure out so many things about myself – what I learned about myself this year, what I still need to work on, and what I plan to do in the year ahead. The past two days were really reflective for me – I kind of went into my own mini ashram via the online space – and for having the opportunity to do this I am very grateful, even though I was really late about it.
So there you go dear readers – here is my blogging journey about what really mattered in 2010. Looking back on it now it really was a fantastic year. And hopefully 2011 will be even better. 🙂
